What is the difference between a chalet and an atico?

Atico is kinda like top floor apartment where you have the possibility of getting two floors and rooftop space. I think it would be penthouse in English after I google translated it.

Chalet is basically like a villa but for some reason in Spain they call it chalets.  So basically it is a stand alone house I guess.

I’m so bad with translating these terms that I just don’t lol.
